The dignified Dr. Burton Sundin is a triple graduate of Duke University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude, and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. He completed his degree in medicine in 1997 at Duke University Medical Center and his plastic surgery residency in 2003.

I went to Dr. Sundin with a tummy tuck in mind, but Dr. Sundin recommended liposuction only (which was cheaper!). He is one of the few offices in Richmond to offer CoolSculpting, Liposonic, liposuction, and tummy tuck options. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to go through the pros and cons of each option.

I have seen Dr. Sundin for both cosmetic and non-cosmetic procedures (surgical and non-invasive). He is the ultimate professional (as are his staff). Not only does Dr. Sundin do a great job (minimal scarring for surgeries and minimal to no pain for non-surgical procedures) but he does it with a great disposition and, most importantly, a great heart. He cares about his patients and their outcomes and is a stickler about the details, which I appreciate.

Dr sundin discussed the process with me and made me feel at ease. He is a bit of a perfectionist I must say because he spent a good amount of time marking me up and prepping me for surgery and I really appreciated his thoroughness. It definitely showed in his work.
